Counterbores

TMSI makes special Counterbores of all types made from high speed steel, carbide, and PCD.  They can be reverse or straight shank in design.  In the photo below the second item from the left is a reverse counterbore made from phenolic and is used to clean sealant from the back of a hole.  We have made carbide and PCD counterbores that provide a pocket at the bottom of a previously countersunk hole.  If you have a requirement for a counterbore we can help you with the design.
